Dillon Viola Marie Dillon, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, July 2, 2014. Born April 26, 1925 in Zanesville Ohio to the late Russell and Mabel Bright. Preceded in death by husband Dale Dillon (2003) after 59 years of marriage where they are now togerther at last, sister Vonda, niece Marsha and nephew Bill. Survived by daughters, Linda and Pam; grandchildren, Rod, Angie, and Randy; great grandchildren, Morgan, Cameron, and Kaden; son-in-law, Harold; sister, Shirley (Chuck) Berry; nieces, Debbie and Kim; devoted pets, Sadie and Macy miss her deeply. Viola loved Euchre games with her friends at St. Cecilia, VFW Post 4044, and Moose Lodge Chapter 206, all of where she was a member. Avid Bingo player with her friends at Deaf Services and WCBC; also loved Moose-O and playing the lottery; Dale and Viola were members of the Southeast Conservation Club where they taught their grandchildren to fish; enjoyed countless hours at their trailer at Big Darby Creek; the farm in Zanesville; and their many fishing trips to Minnesota, Michigan, and Canada. Viola also enjoyed yard work, bird watching, and feeding stray animals that came by. Retired from Simmons Mattress Company where she had many close friends and attended many reunion picnics to catch up on old times. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St., Sunday 2-5 p.m., where service will be held 10 a.m. Monday. Rev. Charlie Coleman officiating. Interment Sunset Cemetery. Special Thanks to Drs.
