Barna Elsie A. Barna, age 85, July 14, 2014. Born in Pittsburgh, PA. August 12, 1928. Member of American Legion Southway Post #144 and Our Lady of The Miraculous Medal Church. She loved drinking coffee with friends, and Bingo. Preceded in death by husband John B. and son Glenn M., parents, brothers and sisters. Survived by children, Vickie Yura, Ronald (Jane), Jonette Groce, John Barna and Bobbi Ius; grandchildren. Todd, Robert, Derrick, Travis, Alexis, Sophia, and Vincent; great-granddaughter. Brittany. Elsie will always be remembered as a loving Air Force wife, mother, and grandmother who always put her family first, and for the holidays when she would bake and prepare Family Hungarian Recipes. She will be deeply missed and kept forever in our hearts. Friends received Friday 3-7 p.m. at the MAEDER-QUINT-TIBERI FUNERAL HOME, 1068 S. High Street. Prayer Service, 6:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church, 5225 Refugee Road, WHERE PROCESSION WILL FORM. Burial, St. Joseph Cemetery.
