Hightower John Allen Hightower "Bad Man", 71, born December 16, 1942 went home to be with the lord on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at OSU Wexner Medical Center. Retired in 2004 from TS Tech where he was a devoted worker. He loved to sing for the Lord and was one of the founders of "The Gospel Express". Preceded in death by mother Glennie Mae Hightower, father Marion C. Hightower Sr., brother Dennis Hightower. John will be sorely missed and leaves to cherish his memories forever, his loving and dedicated wife of 49 years, Anne L. Hightower; children, Glenn (Susan) Hightower, Sylvia Hightower-Skipper, Derick Hightower, Johnathan (TeAira) Hightower, LaKeith Hightower and Kenneth Robinson; brother, Marion (Alma) Hightower Jr.; 19 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren; and a host of brothers/sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Celebration of Life Service, Friday, July 18, 2014, Philadelphia Deliverance Church of Christ, 250 Napolean Ave., Columbus, OH 43212.
