Palm Herbert F. Palm Jr., born December 17, 1933 and passed away August 8, 2014 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus. Herb was preceded in death by his wife Erma (Deffenbaugh) Palm and son-in-law John Hood. He is survived by brothers, Wes (Sharon) Palm and Terry (Linda) Palm; children, Victoria (Mike) Bowen, Russell (Kim) Palm, Sandra (Carl) Allen, Mark R. Palm, Linda (John) Baker and Barbara Hood; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Herb loved to travel. He was a carpenter, welder, mason, mechanic, race car builder and driver. He loved bingo and putting together puzzles. Mostly he loved his wife, children and grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday, August 11, 2014 from 5 p.m. until time of the service at 7 p.m. at the MYERS-WOODYARD FUNERAL HOME, 587 Main Street in Groveport.
