Francis P. Allard Obituary
Allard Francis P. Allard, age 73, passed at Riverside Methodist Hospital Monday, August 18, 2014. Philip was born in Grand Forks, North Dakota to the late Henry and Mary Allard. He retired in 2002 after a 32 year career with the Federal Government as a USDA produce inspector. Philip was a gentle loving man who had a big heart and truly loved and provided for his family. He enjoyed spending time on his boat at Lake Erie fishing for hours on end. He also loved playing card games with family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to call him "friend." Philip is preceded in death by his sister Janice MacIntosh. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Stella; children, Philip J. (Alina), Daniel (Darlene), Tracy Weese, Robert and Alison (Tim) Sisson; grandchildren, Michael, Aubrey, Justin, Ryan, Jacob, Steven, Mary, Emma, Bryson, Joshua and Zachary; great-grandchildren, William and Henry; siblings, Richard (Theresa), John and Mary Ann. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Paul the Apostle Parish, 313 N. State St., Westerville, OH at 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 22, 2104. Officiate Fr. David Gwinner. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Arrangements entrusted to SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High St., Worthington, OH.
