Great memories of playing football with Lou at East High School and visiting with him more recently at our East High get-to-gethers at Golden Corral on E.Main St.

Prayers go out to the family from Char and I. Louis was both a friend and a mentor to many Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers. We (as a group) have stood on the broad shoulders of Lou to move forward in the quest of equality for minorities and females. May Louis Rest in Peace.
