WILCOX Virginia F. Wilcox, age 99, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at The Meadows of Friendship Village in Dublin, Ohio. She was born August 30, 1910 to the late Joseph and Mary Felton of Galloway. She was a member of Galloway Presbyterian Church where she was active in her circle and women's group. She founded the Thursday Literary Club of 12 ladies, who she cherished. They met and studied world events and history for over 65 years. Virginia belonged to Farm Bureau, Grange and London Women's Club. Her hobbies included reading, traveling, gardening and baking. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank L. Wilcox, grandson Scott F. Wilcox and sister Lillian Mead. Survivors include her son, Robert (Barb) Wilcox of Jupiter, FL; twins, James (Karen) Wilcox and Jody (B.J.) Roach of Grove City, OH. Grandchildren include, Vickie (Forrest) Wilcox, Shelley (Jay) Young, Chris (Karla) Roach, Beth Roach, Alicia Prokos and Joe (Erin) Wilcox. Great-grandchildren are, Buckly (Sarah) Stephens, Kacie, twins Haley and Nick Roach, Madeline, Lillie, Sam Wilcox and Caroline Prokos. Funeral service will be held at SCHOEDINGER-NORRIS CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City. Pastor David Matos will be officiating. Family and friends may greet the family from 10 a.m. until 12Noon on Saturday, January 30, 2010, where funeral service will begin at 12Noon. Interment at Galloway Cemetery.
