LOWERY Frederick L. Lowery Sr., 60, of Delaware, passed away Tuesday afternoon, October 12, 2010 at his residence. He was born December 18, 1949 in Columbus, Ohio to Carl and Alice (Beaumont) Lowery. He was maintenance supervisor for the Village Gate Apartments and was a member of the Salvation Army Worship and Service Center, Delaware where he was a senior soldier. He was always on the go and enjoyed fishing, camping, working, and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Pam (Pistole); two sons, Fred Jr. (Dawn) and Kameron Lowery of Delaware; four daughters, Carlena Laycock, Emmie Lowery, and Nikysha Lowery, all of Delaware and Angela Baldrick of Marble Falls, Texas; adopted son, Tony Daniels of Delaware; 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Lowery of Gahanna; two sisters, Madeline Lowery and Rebecca Olmado of Columbus; very special friends, Jenny Sawyer and Pam Cooper. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson Fred Lowery III, and a brother Richard Beaumont. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 14 from 4-8 p.m. at the Salvation Army Worship and Service Center, 252 Curtis Street, Delaware, where funeral service will be held on Friday, October 15 at 11 a.m. with Lt. Aaron Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Greenmound Cemetery, Kilbourne. Contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, Delaware Corp. in his memory.
