deGARMEAUX Deacon Kade deGarmeaux, age 2, passed away suddenly March 21, 2011. Deacon lived life to the fullest every moment of every day. His name, Deacon Kade, literally means "energetic servant," and he genuinely lived and loved with great energy and passion. Like most little boys he opted not to walk anywhere, instead he would run or bounce and he wouldn't let you leave his presence without a hug and a kiss. His absolute favorite songs were "Faith on High" by Lecrae, and "How He Loves" by John Mark McMillan. Deacon is survived by his parents, Gabe and Monica; and his sister, Lilly (4); his grandparents, the deGarmeaux and Nichols families; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other beautiful family and friends. He was also a vibrant part of Scarlet City Church. Deacon graced this earth for just shy of 3 years when his heavenly Father decided it was time for him to come home. If you would like to be a part of Deacon's story, please join us at Veritas Church at 345 E. Second Ave., Columbus, OH 43201 on Saturday, March 26 at 11 a.m. with calling hours 1 hour prior to the time of service for a celebration of his wonderful life. Arrangements by WEIR-AREND FUNERAL HOME, 614-268-3593. Memorial contributions may be made to the Scarlet City Church, 371 Arden Rd., Columbus, OH 43214, or online at www.scarletcitychurch.org.
