LECRONE Richard G. Lecrone Sr., 88, Lancaster, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at Winchester Place Nursing & Rehab Center. He was a U.S. Army Air Forces Veteran and life member of The American Legion Post #220. Richard attended Capital University and Franklin University and worked 37 years for Rockwell International. Richard is survived by his wife of 60 years, Loretta Lecrone; sons, Richard G. (Marion) Lecrone Jr. and Bret A. (Kim) Lecrone; four grand-children, Sharon, Angela, Gayle and Kelsie; five great-grand-children; brother, Robert (Peg) Lecrone; sister, Shirley (Henry) Barnett; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles B. and Olive B. (Drumm) Lecrone, four brothers and seven sisters. Public graveside service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens, Canal Winchester. No calling hours will be observed. Arrangements are being handled by HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME.
