MAGLEY Howard Everson Magley, age 98, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away Monday, January 2, 2012 at Zusman Community Hospice. He was a graduate of Etna High School and retired from Buckeye Steel Castings after 45 years. He was a long time member of Christ Lutheran Church delivering tapes to shut-ins and assisting with Meals on Wheels. Howard loved gardening and was an accomplished woodworker. Preceded in death by his parents Frank and Victoria Magley, brothers Stanford, Floyd, and Ivan, sisters Evelyn Meharry and Enid Jones, beloved wife Goldie. Survived by daughter, Beverly (Jim) Seitz of Reynoldsburg; sons, Philip (Karen) Magley of Great Falls, VA and Herbert (Gail) Magley of Edmond, OK; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law, Ralph Herriott of Kirkersville and Robert "Warren" Herriott of Reynoldsburg; sisters-in-law, Martha Lloyd and Joan (Layton) Feiber of Columbus; other family and friends. Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. Friday, January 13, at SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., where the funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. Rev.
