SPANNER Leona M. Spanner, age 94, of Dublin entered Eternal life Friday, June 22, 2012. Born in New Lexington, Ohio, she was one of 12 children born to the late Daniel and Melda Wollenberg. In addition to her parents, Leona is preceded in death by her beloved husband Paul M. Spanner. She is survived by her children, Gary P. (Deborah) Spanner of Powell and Marcia (David) Hollmeyer of Cincinnati; grandchildren, Laura (Greg) Nocito of Cincinnati, Kristen A. Armstrong of Hillsboro Beach, FL and Graydon (J. Megan) Spanner of Columbus; great-grandchildren, Lilly Nocito, Eva Nocito, Bree Nocito and Maxton Armstrong; siblings, Janet Livingston of Columbus, Mary Jane Fallon of Hilliard, Wayne Wollenberg of Columbus, Robert Wollenberg of Newark, Jerry Wollenberg of Columbus and Dick Wollenberg of Canton, and their families. Leona loved life, her Lord and her many friends. She was a faithful parishioner of St. Brigid of Kildare Catholic Church in Dublin.
