BOFFMAN (BLANN) Mrs. Charlie Mae Butler Blann Lucier Boffman, age 94, born June 16, 1918 in Americus, GA, passed away September 29, 2012. A longtime member of East Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. Predeceased by husbands Primrose Blann, Charles Lucier, and William Boffman, sons Harold and Dennis Blann, parents Ola Mae and Leroy Whitaker, sister Hattie Hughes, brother Harry Butler, granddaughters Monica Denise Blann and Mila Blann, and daughter-in-law Norma Blann. Survived by son, Orasby Blann; daughter, Lillie Blann Smith; grandchildren, Gregory (Vashti) Smith, Cynthia Underdew, Craig Smith, Hope Blann Brewster, Dennis Blann II, Cecil Blann, Kevin (Lucille) Blann, and Javon Stewart; 15 great-grands, 13 great-great-grands, one great-great-great-grand; daughters-in-law, Nieda Blann and Mellonie Stewart; sisters-in-law, Isadore Forest and Imogene Boffman; and a host of other relatives and friends. Homegoing Celebration 12Noon Monday, October 8, 2012 at East Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, 2940 E. 11th Ave., with family receiving friends from 11 a.m. until the start of service.
