COEY Teddy Lee Coey, age 65, of New London, died Thursday. He was born May 8, 1947 in Mansfield, son of the late Joseph H. and Gladys (Blackburn) Coey. He had been a lifelong resident of New London. He served in the U.S. Army. He retired from R.R. Donnelley, Willard. He is survived by his wife, Christine (Sousa) Coey; children, Wendy (Coey) (Brian) Batdorf of Wooster, Eric (Lisa) Coey of Greenwich, Danny Wolery (Holly Hoffman) of Fitchville; grandchildren, Austin, Zachary, Hayden, Monica, Megan, Carson, Xzalya, Jonathan; siblings, Joanne Coey of Columbus, Jeanne Coey of Bellville, Karen (Randy) Ruggles of New London and Garry (Gwen) Coey of New London. He was preceded in death by his daughter Tammy Wolery. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday, December 17, 2012 at the EASTMAN FUNERAL HOME, 200 West Main St., New London, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday.
