Hopper Madeline M. Hopper, age 75, of Lancaster, died Monday, January 28, 2013 at the Pickering House. Born October 30, 1937 in Columbus to the late William and Thelma C. (Wynn) Miller, she was a 1955 graduate of Columbus South High School. She was a retired secretary for the Columbus Public Schools System. Preceded in death by her husband James V. Hopper in 2006. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Adam and Cassandra Huston; grandsons, Jacob, Jarid and Joshua Huston; sister, Sue (Roger) Clark; nephews, Mike (Kathleen) Clark, and children, Tony, Jamie, Drew, Taylor and Spencer, Gary (Tammy) Clark, and children, Andrea, Justin, Austin, Kali and Ali, Todd Clark, and children, Jessie and Jenny; niece, Gretchen (Kent) Dunn, and children, Olivia and Addison. Friends may visit 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St., Canal Winchester, where funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday.
