Skinner William "Bill" Skinner, 63, of Columbus, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at his home. Bill was a retired Automobile Detailer and a U.S. Army Veteran, serving during the Vietnam Era. He was preceded in death by his mother Anna (Reed) Skinner. His survivors include his wife of 28 years, Janice; sons, Johnny Kelly, Charles "Chip" (Kayne) Kelly, and Kevin Kelly; grandchildren, Paige, Kaila, Aiden, and Wyatt Kelly; father, William R. Skinner; brothers, Richard and Raymond Skinner. Bill was a member of the Lower Lights Community Church of the Nazarene, Disabled American Veterans, Paralyzed Veterans of American, and V.F.W. Post #6065. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Monday, April 8th at the Lower Lights Community Church of the Nazarene, 1066 Bellows Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43223, where a funeral service will be held at 7 p.m., with Pastor Michael Vallangeon officiating. A graveside service with Military Honors will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 9th at Dayton National Cemetery.
