Bouchard Paul Francis Bouchard. Born Dec. 26, 1937 in Fulton, NY. Preceded in death by his parents Louis Bouchard and Christine (Pat) Judd. Paul was raised by his mother, Pat, in Syracuse, NY. Paul left us on Sept. 25, 2013. Survived by his dearly beloved and loving wife, Susan (Hervey); and his daughters, Theresa Bouchard, Wendy Bouchard, Susan Cadwell and Sharon Bouchard Chamberlain; grandchildren, Louis Cadwell, Nicole (Randy) Lunsford, Charlton Cadwell, Timothy Cadwell and Daniel Chamberlain; and great-grandchildren, Paige Cadwell, Adalynn Cadwell and Elvon Lunsford; and his devoted sister, Denise Bouchard. Paul served in the US Army in Germany. He attended college in NJ. Paul had the gift of gab and was a natural as a sales manager. He always said if he had his life to do again he would be a comedian. He could find the humor in everything he did and his funny stories will be remembered and retold always. Paul first noticed Parkinson symptoms in 1988 when he had trouble rolling up the car windows; the diagnosis came in 1992. Paul was a 20+ year veteran of Parkinson's disease. He was on the Board of the Central Oh Parkinson Society for almost all those 20 years and served as its President, Treasurer and Community Representative. Paul received The Award of Merit, The George Madden Award and the Betty Lindstrom Award for his years of dedication and service. He also was a past president of the OH Parkinson Foundation. He was one of the founding members of the El Dopas Support Group in March 1993 and was active in all Parkinson related activities.
