I worked for Doug very early in my banking career and attribute much of my future success to his influence and mentoring. I was very sorry to hear of his passing.

Saddened to learn of Doug's passing. He was a wonderful man, a great banker, and a terrific leader. He made a big difference in my life and career at United Virginia. Wish we had been able to stay in touch during retirement. He'll be greatly missed.
