Mullins Tennis L. Mullins, 87, went home to be with The Lord, Tues., Jan. 14, 2014. Born Aug. 6, 1926 to the late John and Maudie Mullins in Holden, WV, he is preceded in death by son Terry; brother Herbert; and sisters Dorothy, Helen, and Irene. Survived by loving wife, Ernestine of Pataskala; brother, Charles of Rio, WV; daughter, Brenda (John) Parsley of Columbus; son, David (Karen) of Avon, IN; daughter-in-law, Lyndia of Sanford, FL; stepchildren, Bo (Richard) Nauck of Elizabethtown, KY; Wesley (Cheri) McFarland of Orlando, FL; Bradley McFarland of Pataskala; Eddie (Carol) McFarland of Pataskala; and Delonda (Loren) Mayle of Columbus; 16 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and many special friends. Tennis was retired from Sears Automotive, and was the long-time pastor of Fellowship House of God in Pataskala. Over the years, Tennis had a nursing home ministry, and most recently was attending IPCC Faith Tabernacle on Parsons Ave. in Columbus. He loved playing gospel music, fishing, hunting, and preaching the Word of God. Memorial service to be announced at a later date.
