Flesher Linda Huston Flesher, beloved wife and mother, went to be with the Lord on February 6, 2014. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Pastor Charles J. Flesher of Carroll, OH; three children, Tonia (David) Wess of Greer, SC, Tricia (Brian) Whitney of Carroll, OH, and Dr. Timothy (Jennifer) Flesher of Pickerington, OH; seven grandchildren, Luke, Ryan, Andrew, and Kate Wess, and Brandon, Blake, and Brooke Whitney; two sisters, Diana (Mike) Jones of Martinez, CA and Barbara (Paul) Martin of Pickerington, OH; one aunt, Helen Huston Hilton of Logan, OH; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Linda came to know the Lord through the ministry of Calvary Bible Church in Columbus. She was a charter member of Westerville Bible Church, and she served alongside her husband for nearly 36 years at the Greencastle Bible Church in Carroll. At Greencastle, she was involved in ladies' Bible classes, the nursery ministry, the choir ministry, the youth ministry, evangelism, and the benevolence ministry. Her life was devoted to her Lord in service to His people and to her family. Mrs. Flesher taught in the public schools of Illinois, Georgia, and Ohio. For many years, she taught at the Fairfield Career Center in Carroll. She also taught at Northside Christian School in Westerville and Greencastle Christian School in Carroll. In addition to her loving church family, Linda had many Christian friends at Curves in Canal Winchester, and she enjoyed the fellowship of believers in Red Hats and at the Christian Horse Club in Carroll. A memorial service will be held at the Greencastle Bible Church, 2940 Amanda-Northern Rd., Carroll, OH, on February 15, 2014. Visitation with the family will be from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. The service will begin at 10:45 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to Northside Christian School, 2655 Schrock Rd., Westerville, OH, 43081.
