Robert Roese Obituary

Roese Robert L. Roese, 74, of Columbus, passed away Saturday September 6, 2014 at Grant Medical Center. He was born on February 9, 1940 in So. Bloomfield, Ohio to the late Ira and Vera (Rathburn) Roese. Robert retired from Big Bear Warehouse after many years and was a graduate of Ashville Harrison High School, Class of 1958. Preceded in death by three sisters, Lucille Webster, Edith Crosby, Linda Casto; and special friend Odes Stephens. Survived by brother, Jim (Pauline) Roese of Circleville; and sister, Patty (John) Sharp of So. Bloomfield; numerous nieces and nephews; special friends, Tony (Brooke) Stephens of Columbus and Lisa Mays of West Virginia. Friends may call on Tuesday September 9, 2014 at the OLIVER-CHEEK FUNERAL HOME, 420 W. Main St. Ashville, from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. with Pastor Floyd Hubbell officiating. Interment will follow at Harrison Township , So. Bloomfield.
