I was just informed of Jim's passing on Facebook.We just reconnected after 30 yrs. I met Jim sometime in the 80's when I was a Det. on the Columbus PD. Jim helped close a bad chapter in the Columbus bldg. Dept. We became friends and after I retired we drifted apart. Jim is someone I deeply admired for his courage.R.I.P. My friend

may great times jim back in the day with the band(lo brows and 1984) with the Jorys and mike Patterson and all the trips with them in out of the way and sometimes scary places finding truck stops open after the gigs and the looks we got from people, rip old buddy

I will always remember the good times growing up with you. Our home was always your home. We shared many laughs and some tears. You were not my cousin, you were my other brother. Thank you sweetie for al the good times. We were there for each other when we were hurting.

Jim....I will miss you! Jr. High study hall with our home room teacher Mr. Howell was a riot. We'd laugh and talk quietly and continue laughing when we had to stand up. Been great reconnecting on FB and know heaven will be happy with you there. God Bless You!
