Mary Jane Wolfel

Wolfel Mary Jane Wolfel, age 95, died at home September 18, 2015. Preceded in death by her loving husband Thomas E. Wolfel, sister Lotis Witcraft, and parents Flake and Maude Roberts. Survived by children, Thomas E. (Regina) Wolfel, Jr. of Canal Winchester, and Carolyn Thompson of Columbus; grandchildren, Brian (Michelle) Thompson of Medina, OH, Ed (Joy) Wolfel of Zanesville, OH, Justin (Tara) Thompson of Upper Arlington, OH, and Megan (Wilfred) Smulders of Ann Arbor, MI; great grandchildren, Parker Thompson, Ethan Wolfel, Lucia, Vivian, Rowan Smulders; niece, Lyn Cooper; great niece, Tracy (Fernando) Cresta; great nephew, Scott (Diane) Cooper; great great niece, Sophia Cresta; great great nephew, Nicolas Cresta. Also survived by friend and caregiver, Hope Akin and her loyal pug, Dollie. She was a graduate of Riverside White Cross School of Nursing and Retired from St. Anthony Hospital. A longtime member of TWIG 56 Children's Hospital, Riverside White Cross Alumni, Agonia Women's Club, Columbus Military Officers Wives Club and member of Brookwood Presbyterian Church. Friends may call Tuesday, September 22, 2015 5-7 p.m. and Wednesday, September 23, 2015 1 hour prior to service EVANS FUNERAL HOME, 4171 E.
