Mary Acree Obituary

Acree Mary Ellen Acree, age 60, passed away on November 22, 2016. Mary was an amazing wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Her loyalty, wit, and creativity will be dearly missed. Mary was a co-owner of Buy the Yard, a fabric and antique store in Grandview. She was a member and Past President of the Bexley Women's Club. She is preceded in death by her father Leonard Loftus and sister Anne Loftus. She is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Steve Acree; daughter, Ellen Acree; mother, Mary Joan Loftus; brothers, Leonard (Donna) Loftus III, William (Carol) Loftus and Michael (Pam) Loftus; many nieces, nephews and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel on the grounds of St. Joseph Cemetery, 6440 South High Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Brain Tumor Association, 8550 West Bryn Mawr Ave. Ste. 550, Chicago, IL 60631. Visit www.egan-ryan.com to offer condolences.
