ABERDEEN – Curtis David Dahlem, 72, died Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at North Mississippi Medical Center in West Point. He was born Oct. 6, 1942, to William Curtis Dahlem and Floy Laine Triutt Dahlem in Aberdeen. He was a lifelong resident of Aberdeen and a graduate of Aberdeen High School. He was a retired employee of Kerr-McGee.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. today, April 3, at Lebanon Cemetery. Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home of Aberdeen is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include one sister, Virginia Pounders of Aberdeen; one brother, Charles Dahlem and wife, Vera, of Carol Stream, Ill.; and five nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Pallbearers will be Stephen Pounders, Phillip Dahlem, Keith Dahlem, Alan Lopez, Bobby Barnett and Earl Gilreath.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time today at Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Aberdeen.
