Junior Ray Hearn(1945 - 2014)

BOONEVILLE – Junior Ray Hearn, 68, died Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014, at his home. He was born Oct. 4, 1945, in Haleyville, Ala. He was a truck driver and a Baptist. He served six years in the U.S. Army National Guard. He enjoyed hunting, playing guitar and riding motorcycles.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today, Feb. 22, at Booneville Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Dewayne Kirk and Bro. David Krech officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Denise Bragg Hearn, whom he married on Feb. 14, 2008; a son, Denny Hearn (Ashley) of Booneville; two stepsons, Scott Butler (Rhonda) of Counce, Tenn., and Corey Butler (Ashley) of Corinth; a daughter, Pam Williams (Melvin) of Booneville; a stepdaughter, Whitley Lambert (Zamien) of Corinth; his mother, Clynease Hearn Wilson of Booneville; a brother, Cletus Hearn (Tillie Sue) of Booneville; two sisters, Naidean Munsey (Hershall) of Booneville and Janet Stacy (Sammy) of Jacinto; six grandchildren, Dustin Hearn, Dylan Hearn, Kimberly Williams, Chandler Thomas, Nathan Eli Hearn, all of Booneville, and Sean Tyler Hearn of Corinth; seven step-grandchildren, Markus, Claire, Kynleigh, Railyn, Cailyn, Rhett and Jaxon; one great-grandchild, Raylea Hearn; the mother of his children, Betty Holland Hearn; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Larry and Marie Bragg.
He was preceded in death by his father, Avon O. Hearn; and his maternal grandparents, Earl and Lena Smith.
Pallbearers are Corey Butler, Rick Hare, Danny Flurry, Scott Butler, J.B. Hatfield and Thomas Weyhrauch. Honorary pallbearers are Kenny Church, Paul Carpenter, D.J. Flurry and Kris Flurry.
