AUBURNDALE, Fla. – Martha Ann Gentry, 72, died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014, at her son's residence after an extended illness. She was born in Baldwyn on July 24, 1941, to Bernis and Zelma Wilson Pratt. She was a resident of the Natchez Trace Villas for many years before moving to the Orlando, Fla., area. She was a concierge for the Coronada Springs resort at Disney World in Orlando. She enjoyed gardening, yard work and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a Baptist.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 10, at Waters Funeral Home with Bro. Caraway and Bro. Kelly Camichael officiating. Burial will be in Pratt Cemetery.
She is survived by a daughter, Kim Gentry of Auburndale, Fla; two sons, Jason Gentry (Deanne) of Winterhaven. Fla., and Jon Gentry (Jennifer) of Lakeland, Fla.; one brother, Bubba Pratt (Virgina) of Baldwyn; two grandchildren, Hadley Gentry and Sophia Gentry; niece, Tammy Scott (Stan); nephew, Tommy Pratt (Cindy); and great nieces and great-nephews, Corbin, Jenni, Kate, Lena and Logan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Enoch Gentry, and her parents.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Pratt, Stan Scott, Corbin Scott and Don McKibben.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
