Phillip Clark Wilson

RIPLEY – Phillip Clark Wilson, 64, died Monday, June 9, 2014, at his home. He was born on March 27, 1950, to James Edward and Helen Born Wilson in Atlanta, Ga. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Ripley.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Monday, June 15, at Ripley First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jason Harms officiating. McBride Funeral Home of Ripley is in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by one daughter, Katherine ""Kittie"" Towery (Tommy) of Ripley; one sister, Judy Wilson of Oklahoma; one brother, Hank Wilson (Donna) of Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Katherine ""Angel"" and Bryce Prather, both of Ripley; and his mother-in-law, Caroline Cheek of Clinton.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine Watson Cheek Wilson, and his parents.
Visitation will be at the church from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 1 p.m. to service time Monday.
