TUPELO – Lillie Belle Reed, 88, passed away at home, Tuesday, June 17, 2014. A lifelong Lee County native, she was born May 18, 1926, to Jack and Fannie Mae Albritton. She was a member of Wheeler Chapel. She retired as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday, June 20, at Union Cemetery, south of Plantersville, with the Rev. Andy Dozier and her nephew, Lee Sparks, officiating. W.E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include three children, Roger Reed (Shiela) of Tupelo, Michael Reed of Missouri and Jeffery Reed of Pontotoc; 11 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, I.M. Reed; her parents; and eight siblings.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today and 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at W.E. Pegues, Tupelo.
