FULTON – Cecil C. Holder, 87, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2014, at Courtyards Community Living Center in Fulton. He was born in Fulton on October 17, 1926, to the late John Alexander Holder and the late Lucy Hale Holder. He retired from International Harvester after many years of service. He served his country in the U.S. Army and was a Korean War veteran. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, watching deer and turkey, having fish frys and spending time with his family and friends.

Services will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2014, at Senter Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jim Wismer officiating. Burial will be in the Keyes Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Wilma Holder of Fulton; son, Jerry (Amelia) Holder of Fulton; daughter, Janet (Stephen) Winkler of Saltillo; three granddaughters, Danelle Black of Tupelo, Shanda Wood of Fulton, Brandi (Bryan) Wood of Fairview; two great-grandsons, Tyler Wood, Gage Wood; four great-granddaughters, Haylee Wood, Kennady Wood, Gloria Wood, Harper Wood; sister, Altie Wren of Becker.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Millard Holder, Milton Holder, James Marvin Holder; three sisters, Viola Bridges, Inez Whitaker, and Irene Harris.
Honorary pallbearers will be Bud Holder, Lester Holder, Chester Holder, Junior Harris, Lamar Harris, Eddie Holder, Roger Crane, and Frankie Nanney.
Visitation will be today from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Senter Funeral Home.
