Sue Carol Crowley Harmon, 71, died Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Calhoun Health Services following an extended illness. She was born August 15, 1942 in Mathiston, MS to A.L. Crowley and Charlene Carroll Crowley. She was a graduate of Cumberland High School and worked many years at Cooper Tire Mfg. before retiring. Sue was a loving mother and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. In her younger years she enjoyed singing and loved listening to gospel and country music. She loved flowers of all kinds.

A celebration of life service will be at 1 PM Thursday, August 7, 2014 in the Okolona Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors with Bro. Roy McHenry officiating. Private burial will follow in Clarkson Cemetery (Webster Co.). Visitation will be today from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday from noon to service time.
Survivors include her son, Tommy Harmon (Doris) of Oxford; step-mother, Zelma Crowley of Eupora; sister, Joyce Henry of Okolona; brothers, Billy Crowley (Sarah) of Atlanta, GA, and Herald Crowley (JoAnn) of Gulf Shores, AL; grandchildren, Brian Harmon and Brad Harmon, both of Okolona; the father of her son, Tommy: Ben T. Harmon of West Point; a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Virginia Gammill.
Pallbearers will be Brian Harmon, Brad Harmon, Randy Pepper, and Bud Cornwell.
