TUPELO – Frank Lee Owens, 59, died Monday, August 25, 2014, at his residence. He was born December 16, 1954, in Webster County to the late Willie Bell Owens and Fannie Pearl Lyles. He was a member of New Hope M.B. Church, and a former employee of Southern Quality and Action Manufacturing.

Services will be Sunday, August 31, 2014, at 2 p.m. at New Hope M.B. Church at Woodland with the Rev. Brownlee officiating. Williams Memorial of Okolona is in charge of the arrangements. Burial will be in the Ross Hill Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church from 1 p.m until service time Sunday.
Survivors include his wife, Addie Robinson Owens of Tupelo; daughters, Crystal Owens of Tupelo, Lakeshia Owens of Pontotoc, Conita Owens, Kaleshia Mcintosh (Tommie), both of Okolona, Connie Townsend of Houston and Daphane Robinson of Hickman, Ky.; sisters, Norma Jean (John) Townsend of Mantee and Ruby Pearl Owens of Mantee; 16 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and four stepgrandchildren.
