Reba Mae Green Hadley, age 76, passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2011 in the Middle Tennessee Medical Center.
Preceded in death by parents, James L. Green & Cassie Luttrell Green; brother, Foster Green; sisters, Lillian Young & Lounett Sanders. Survived by husband of 55 years, David Hadley; sons, David M. Hadley, Barry Hadley & Steve Hadley; daughter, Lynda Kay Hadley; brothers, Walter (Joan) Green, James Green & Thomas (Betty) Green; sister, Flora Lee Scantland; grandchildren, Jody Hadley, Lauryn Hadley, Taylor Hadley, Kyle Hadley; great-grandchildren, Nickolas Reed, Hailey Caffey, Jayna Raye Hadley.
Mrs. Hadley was a member of Cason Lane Church of Christ, & owner of Reba's Daycare Center for 25 years in Murfreesboro, TN.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 29, 2011 from 4-8 p.m. & Saturday, July 30, 2011 from 9 a.m. until funeral services at 10 a.m., in the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Bro. Wilson Adams will officiate the services. Interment Hurricane Baptist Cemetery. Family to serve as Pallbearers. Partlow Funeral Chapel, (615) 444-7007; Obituary Line, (615) 444-7700.

Gammi blessed the hearts of Cheyenne and myself many times. She was a grandmother more than a daycare provider. All of her kids were exactly that--her kids. She will be missed by so many who call her family. Love you Gammi, and sending many prayers for the family. May peace be with you, and God's comforting arms wrapped around you.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort. Mrs. Hadley was such a special lady and my kids, Jeffery (Gabydink) and Tracy, absolutley loved and adored her. She will be greatly missed.

What a wonderful lady she was and so very many children were treated to the best care ever along with that wonderful smile and giggle. Everyone loved her and we will not forget her.

Gammi had a smile that could light up a room and a laugh that was completely infectious... she was so full of good humor and a true joy to be around. she could dish out the best pranks with a straight face, and took care of so many children with love and patience (myself included)... to David, Lynda and the Hadley boys... love you guys, you all are so lucky to have been blessed with an extraordinary woman, may god watch over you all and comfort you.
