Magdaline Juarez Obituary
She was born November 11, 1923 at Argentine, Kansas, the daughter of Gregory and Josie Valadez (Mendez). On October 11, 1941, she married Pete Juarez in Kansas City, Missouri. He preceded her in death in 2008.
Maggie was also preceded in death by her parents, four sisters and three brothers. Magdaline worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for St. Mary's Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, for 30 years. She was a very active member of the St. James Parish in Kansas City, Missouri, and a member of St. Stanislaus Church in Ingalls, Kansas. Maggie loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Maggie prayed almost constantly for her family. Maggie lived a long life full of family and friends and always had a positive impact on all she met. She loved life, but in the end was ready to meet her Lord and rejoin her Pete.
Maggie is survived by three children, Pat Howard and husband Eldon, Ingalls, Kansas, Michael Juarez and wife Connie, San Francisco, California, and Dolores Juarez, Abilene, Texas; two sisters, Alice Easter, Phoenix, Arizona, Mary Botts and husband Tom, Phoenix, Arizona; one brother, Paul Valadez and wife Marian, Victorville, California; four Grandchildren, Christy Millershaski and husband Daryl, Ingalls, Kansas, Michael Gilbert Juarez and wife Chungying , San Francisco, California, Alessandra Benton and husband John, Abilene, Texas, Pete Middleton and companion Michelle Trail, Abilene, Texas; and five Great- Grandchildren, Alex, Mason, Gabriel, Nicholas, and Michael.
There will be a Memorial Service at The Shepherd's Center in Cimarron, on May 24, 2018 at 3:00 pm for anyone who wants to celebrate Maggie's life. Funeral Mass will be held June 1, 2018 at 10:00 am with a rosary prior to the service at 9:30 am at St. James Catholic Parish in Kansas City, Missouri. Burial will follow the service in the Forest Hill and Calvary Cemetery, Kansas City, Missouri. There will be no visitation, cremation has taken place.
