A big life, fully lived, with
love, determination, and commitment to serve.
A celebration of Noel's life will be held at Pyes Pa Crematorium Chapel, 403 Pyes Pa Road, Tauranga on Wednesday 28 February 2018, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be left at the service or posted to Alzheimers New Zealand, Online memorial tributes may be made left for Noel on www.heavenaddress.co.nz.

Noel you were an old friend of my family I remember you staying with my grandmother and aunts the Stuarts in Wanganui when you were a young man and making the speech at my wedding my thoughts are with all the Scott family rest in peace old friend Kay Cranston nee Solomon

Noel you were a kind, caring and extremely supportive Principal at Makoura College. A Principal who could see the potential in every student even the boys that you had to have that tough chat' with. Everyone knew that you cared about them as individuals and it showed as they held their heads higher after one of your chats. I am sure you made a difference to many students lives. Every student deserves a Principal like you. Rest In Peace Noel. Condolences to your family.

Noel was a highly valued friend of my late Father Derek Lake and of our entire family. Derek used to say Noel had a heart of gold. I myself remember Noel as a vibrant man and proud New Zealander who loved his family, friends, education, rugby, politics and life itself. Farewell to a very special person.
My thoughts are with Nan and Althea, and with Mandy, Tracy, Kim, Jason and their families.
