Warren F. Carrow Sr. Obituary
Warren F. Carrow, Sr. of Dover passed away, Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford. He was 89.

Mr. Carrow was born Jan. 20, 1928 in Little Creek, to the late Frank Carrow and Irene Lapping Carrow. He graduated from Dover High School in 1946.

He served in the United States Army for two years. Mr. Carrow owned and operated three automotive service stations in the Philadelphia area for 45 years. He was a member of the Rotary Club of Chester Pike for 40 years, was president from 1983-1984, and had 30 years perfect attendance. In 1992 he retired to Lewes, and in 2000 moved to Dover.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his second wife, Dorothy; sister, Frances Pyatt; and stepson, Michael DeVito.

He is survived by his first wife Ann; son, Warren F. Carrow, Jr. (Rita); daughters, Sandra L. Scarpato (Charles), Sharon Ralph (Eric), Kimberly A. Hill; brother, Charlie Carrow (Michele); sister, Hester Clark (James); Jean Quillen (Robert); and grandchildren, LeeAnn, Crystal, Dawn, Joey and Zach.

Funeral services were Tuesday, April 18, at Torbert Funeral Chapel. Interment was in Lakeside Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Little Creek Volunteer Fire Company, Main Street, Little Creek, DE 19961.
