Jimmie "Yankee" Jack

Jimmie "Yankee" Jack, 72, of Achille, Oklahoma passed away July 15th 2014 at the Southern Pointe Living Center in Colbert, Oklahoma. He was born October 5, 1941 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Jimmie and Vera Jack Lockler.

He was a lifelong Achille resident and was Raised by his Aunt and Uncle Lewis and Cora Cavender and was preceded in death by them and his Parents and Sister Marion Jack Parks and Brother Cheedle Gene McGilberry.

He was a US Army and USAR and a member of the Choctaw Tribe of Oklahoma. Yankee was loved and cherished by all who knew hime and will be missed. He had accepted his Lord and Savior and was ready to journey to his home in Heaven.

A graveside service for Jimmie Yankee Jack will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday July 19, 2014 at Kemp Cemetery in Kemp, Oklahoma with Chaplain Leon Haas officiating. Military Honors will be conducted by Ft. Sill, Oklahoma Army Guard and the Choctaw Nation Color Guard.

The Family will meet at Cunningham Funeral Home in Colbert at 12 Noon prior to the service. The register book may be signed and condolences sent to the family online at cunninghamfuneralhomesok.com Arrangements have been entrusted to Cunningham Funeral Home in Colbert, Oklahoma.
