Jennie Ann Kartchner Gowers, age 23, passed away at her home following a series of illnesses on September 12, 2013. She was born on December 6, 1989 in Visalia, California to Tammie Garrison Kartchner and Terry Hal Kartchner. Jennie spent the early years of her life in California, but moved to Bountiful, Utah where she spent most of her youth, graduating from Woods Cross High School in 2008, where she excelled in swimming.
