Las Vegas, Nevada
Leigh was born January 14th, 1943 in Cedar City Utah to Humbert and Sylvia Rosenberg. On May 1st, 2013 Leigh went on to the great golf course to be with family and friends that have preceded him in death. Dad fought a valiant battle after Parkinson had taken its toll on his body and mind to stay with his Son Dane Nelson, Daughter in-law Connie, Grandchildren Dakota, Chezlee and Stephanie and Great Grandson Dezmynd.
Leigh spent the majority of his career with Las Vegas Paving and created a family of co-workers that he cared for and respected. He was dedicated to perfection of work and was very respected by everyone that had the privilege of working with him.
Leigh was a social person that loved to be active and surrounded by people. He had numerous activities that he enjoyed but the call of the Golf course could not be denied, he avidly loved to be on the green and with his competitive nature he was a fierce opponent.
Services will be held at Palm mortuary-Northwest, 6701 North Jones Blvd in Las Vegas on Saturday May 11th at 11AM. All family and friends are welcome to come and share in the celebration of Leigh's life and accomplishments.
He will be greatly missed by many. And the family wants to thank all those that have provided support and caring during this most difficult time.
