Mesquite, NV
Bobby R. Clapp age 82 died on April 24, 2017 at Dixie Regional Hospital following a stroke. Bob was in the Air Force for six years before joining the Teamsters where he worked before retiring in 1994.
Bob is survived by wife Susan, daughters Barbara Hayes, Betty Hauptman, Cathy Patton and son Edwin Clapp and their spouses, along with 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Octavia Clapp, wife Hilda Clapp, and brother Earl.
Bob loved traveling, music and enjoyed being a member of the choir at Mesquite United Methodist Church. He will be greatly missed. There will be a private family service at a later date.

Bob was a very nice and gentle man. He was a great cribbage player and one of the few people that I have known to get a 29 count on one hand in the game. He will be missed by all of us. May he rest in peace.
