I will always remember the collective County Supervisor and the man that I had to get approval to marry Cassandra Kelly. His historical election as Mayor of Berkeley and as the third african-american elected to the Board of Supervisors is a testimony of his commitment to the community. I am proud that I was a small part of his family.
With love and admiration always,
Cliff Leo Tillman, Jr.
