Fran is survived by her sister, Fae Watkins of St. Stephen, NB; her sons, Art (Janice) and Bob; her grandchildren Charles and Jim (Valerie) Hagar, Angela (Dan) and Cindy (John) Armstrong, and her great- grandchildren Bobbie Jean Hagar, Jacqueline and Alexandra Forest and Madeleine Armstrong-Wilson.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Edmonton. For details contact the family. Interment will be in the Armstrong family plot in Rideau Memorial Gardens, Montreal in late spring.
