On January 20, 2013 Frank Kisko passed away at age 91 years after a brief illness.
He is survived by Elaine, his wife of 60 years; daughter Adrienne; sister Mary Kravetz of Innisfree; a nephew and nieces; other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents and his sister Pearl Tym.
Frank graduated from Olds College, then from the University of Alberta with degrees in Agriculture and Education. He began his teaching career in Stettler, then went on to teach in the business program at Salisbury Composite High School in Sherwood Park until he retired.
The family would like to thank the staff at Unit 32 of the Royal Alexandra Hospital for their kindness and his care in his last days.
A Celebration of his Life will be held Monday, January 28, at 2:00 p.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home, south of Wye Road on Range Road 232 in Sherwood Park, Alberta.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Frank may be made to the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation.
