LOUDEN, Horace
Horace Louden of Hay Lakes passed away on November 28, 2012 at the ages of 67 following a courageous battle with cancer. He will be forever missed by his loving wife of 45 years, Emily, mother Eleanore, son Lorne (Fern) Louden, daughter Tracy (Steven) Chalifoux, grandchildren Darcy, Joshua, Jaden, Hailey and Tianna and innumerable relatives, and friends. Horace was predeceased by his father Horace Sr., brother Lyle, and mother and father-in-law Joe and Angela Dubovsky.
Horace drove bus for the Edmonton Transit System for 33 years. After retirement in 2000, Horace together with his son started Ackenberry Trout Farms and Pond Pro Canada.
Horace's family always came first and he put on a brave front right to the end when asked how are you doing he just said "I'm fine" He truly now IS fine, in the arms of our Lord and Saviour!
A prayer service will be held on Sunday, December 2, 2012 at 6:00pm from the Burgar Memorial Chapel (4817 51 Ave Camrose). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church (5010 48 A Avenue Camrose) with Rev. Larry Pederson as celebrant. Interment will take place in the St. Peters and St. Paul Cemetery Hay Lakes.
