ROMBOUGH, Adam Edward
After a short but fierce battle with ALS, Adam Rombough passed away on May 8, 2018 at 34 years of age. He will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Perry and Tamis; brothers: Ben (Radelle) and David (Megan); nieces and nephews: Kianna, Hunter, Aleah, Ajla, Rose Archer; grandparents: Ed and Marlene Rombough, Arthur "Bud" Brown; canine kids: Capone and Jaxx. He was predeceased by his grandmother, June Brown; uncles: Graham and Arthur Brown; and cousin: Richard Brown.
Adam touched many lives with his big heart, his personality and kind generosity. He was not only an observer of life but also a bold and valiant participator. He made friends wherever he went and touched lives within moments of meeting them. Since his diagnosis of ALS 14 months ago he has devoted his life to building relationships with family, friends and others afflicted with this disease. His mantra became; "I'm not slowly dying, I'm quickly living." Each day had its challenges and now he rests in peace with our Heavenly Father.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Holy Family Parish, #75 Poirier Avenue, St. Albert, Alberta. Immediately following the Mass, a light lunch and personal sharing of memories of Adam will be held in the Church Hall.
In lieu of flowers please donate to "Team A-Bomb", who will be walking for Adam in the Edmonton ALS Walk, June 9, 2018: www.walkforals.ca Thank you
