REGNIER, David John
August 5, 1977 - May 11, 2018
On May 11, 2018, David Regnier passed away peacefully in Edmonton, Alberta, with his family at his side. He is survived by his wife Christine, daughter Sophie and son Henry; as well as his parents, Debbie and Loren Regnier; his brother Tim (Mandy) and sisters, Marcie (Caleb) and Kathryn (Nathan), along with their families.
David was the perfect combination of adventurous and fun-loving, providing his cherished community with a lifetime of excitement and many stories to tell. His endearing and tender nature made him unforgettable, and every stranger he met left as a friend. He was famous amongst his people for being the life of a party, bringing his unforgettable zest for life wherever he went. David was a man of action, boasting many unusual accomplishments, such as jumping from a helicopter into a lake from staggering heights and being the world's fastest snapper.
A committed family man, David was deeply devoted to his wife and children, and to his community. He was a brilliant artist and designer, who found joy in the reclamation of heritage homes around Edmonton.
David truly was a force. He was dearly loved, and will be forever missed.
