MARDIROS, David Anthony
Died in Vancouver on June 25, 2014 after a lengthy illness. He was 68.
He is survived by a sister and brother; four children: daughter, Denise and three sons, Kyle, Chewynn and Xian; and four grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. At his request, there will be no memorial gathering.
Dave was born July 28, 1945 in London, England to parents Betty and Tony Mardiros. He was raised in Edmonton, AB. Dave attended the U of A and obtained his teaching degree. He spent many years teaching Physical Education in Alberta. Dave enjoyed travel in his younger years and spent a year teaching in China. Dave always enjoyed a lively discussion and he was more than happy to beat anyone in a good game of chess or pool.
Dave spent the last years of his life enjoying his view of English Bay in Vancouver, B.C.
