Hawreliak Family,
My sincere condolences on the loss of your loved one, Len.
Len and I were both employees back in the Alberta Power days. I can still hear his infectious laughter. He had a joie de vivre and was always willing to help out. RIP.

Sonia & family,
So sad to hear of Len's passing. Met Len at U of A in 1967; we were some of the more mature Engineering students so it was a fortuitous encounter as we were able to help each other in our studies. Later on, in our respective jobs, we worked together on some projects where electrical coordination between power and telephone was necessary, and could always count on Len to provide all the required parameters down to the last detail. Miss the simpler good old days and will always remember all of Len's good-natured help throughout the years.
May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Jim and the rest of the Hawreliak family, sorry to hear about the loss of your dad. I know he put up with a lot of shenanigans when we were young, that Cavalier saw a lot of miles cruising up and down Whyte and Jasper Ave. I hope you can take comfort in cherishing the impact he has had on your family, the community, and all of us who were lucky to know him in some small way.
Peace and love to you!

Len was my 'much' older cousin. Although I didn't travel in his circles I'll always remember summer weekends spent at Uncle Nick and Aunty Eva's house with the twins Betty and Bernice and how as a child I looked up to the older kids....Len (they called him Shadow) was handsome and smart and funny. Sonia and family, may your memories give you comfort at this time.
