Tragically on August 20, 2012 we lost our beloved Samantha in a motor vehicle accident. Samantha will be desperately missed by her adoring husband Blake; daughter Bailey and son Brody, all of whom she loved "as big as the whole universe." She will also be missed dearly by her mom Lynne Young: brother Matt Young; grandparents Leo and Georgette Veillette; mother-in-law Judi (Ron); brother-in-law Brad (Sarah); nieces Rylee and Regan; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends upon whom she left an indelible mark.
Samantha, described as the perfect child, was raised in Beaumont and graduated from Beaumont Composite High School. Samantha was also a renowned hairstylist whose loyal legion of clients would travel far to see. She enjoyed many things, but none as much as caring for her family. Samantha was a wonderful wife, Mother and friend whose absence will leave a void upon all whom she touched.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at Hainstock's Funeral Home, 9810-34 Avenue, Edmonton. The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Vital Catholic Church, 4905-50 Street, Beaumont, AB. In lieu of floral tributes, donations in memory of Samantha may be made to the Stollery Children's Hospital.
