He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Carole; sons Anthony (Peggy - children Kira, Rachelle and Michael); Deland (Nadine - children Jennifer and Angela - grandchildren Charlotte and Ronan); Dean (Terrylee - children Kandace and Jordy); and daughter Susan (Terry - son Evan) Knoop. He is also remembered by his sister, Ann (Bob) Stewart of Kelowna, BC; sister- and brother-in-law Judi and Erwin Lutz of Calgary; as well as nieces and nephews.
Don was a proud Canadian who served his country, province and city in many different capacities. His greatest achievement, however, was that of husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be greatly missed by many different people from all walks of life.
